The mission of the Office of the City Clerk is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the office of the City Clerk as required by Wisconsin State Statutes, City Ordinances and Common Council Resolutions.
The City Clerk's Office:
Coordinates and oversees the election process.
Issues and administers business licenses.
Issues and administers pet licenses.
Supports the Common Council and the standing committees.
Supports various other boards, committees, and commissions.
Staffs the Customer Service Center at City Hall.
Maintains the Revised Municipal Code.
